A clinical training system built by a Doctor of Physical Therapy — so you train around pain, not through it. Three steps, every client, every session.

Assess

  1. Assess

    Every journey starts with a 1-on-1 consultation. A Studio Director trained in our doctor-designed system evaluates your history, aches, movement patterns, and goals before a single rep is programmed.

  2. Program

    Your plan is built by a doctor of physical therapy with 15+ years of clinical experience. Strength, mobility, and recovery are woven together so you train around pain — never through it.

  3. Progress

    Every session is coached. Every rep is feedback. We scale, modify, and sequence your program so you stay injury-free and keep moving — week after week, year after year.

The Consult

What happens when you book.

45 minutes, no commitment, no obligation to join. Here’s the exact format every prospective client walks through.

  1. Goal & history review

    Tell us where you are, where you want to be, and what's hurt or held you back. About 15 minutes, in our private studio.

  2. Movement assessment

    A doctor-designed screen of how you move — squat, hinge, push, pull, balance — so we can spot compensations before we ever load a bar.

  3. Studio walkthrough

    See the floor, meet the coaches, and try a few coached movements. You'll know within 45 minutes if Conquer is the right room for you.

  4. Custom plan, no pressure

    Leave with a training recommendation and clear next step. No high-pressure sales — if it's not a fit, we'll say so.

Most consults are scheduled within 48 hours.
